My handyman experience ranges from large projects to small. 

 

Large permit-based projects I’ve performed on my own homes include roof tear off/reframing and reroofing, single skylights and 8’ multi skylight wells, sun tunnels, complete bath and kitchen remodels, bay window framing/installation, whole house window replacement, 1000’s of sq ft of patio covers and decks and I've even installed a 28,000-gallon classic L shape swimming pool from scratch.

 

I have painted entire houses inside and out, replaced thousands of feet of fence, built 10 to 16’ rolling fence gates. l have replaced water heaters, faucets, sinks, valves, removed old concrete and asphalt. I have replaced interior/exterior light fixtures, and switches, mounted flat panel TV’s and installed more micro mesh gutter covers than you can shake a stick at. I’ve also rehung doors out of square or replaced.

 

Finally, if I don’t know how to do something, I say so.  If specialty, I will defer to others.  If not, I will research and learn all I need to know about it so I can do it well.
